Poisoning
CiTiceLs electrochemical sensors are designed for operation in a
wide range of environments and harshconditions, However it's
important that exposure to high concentrations of solvent vapours
is avoided, bothduring storage, fiting into instruments, and
operation. When using sensors with printed circuit boards
(PCBs).deareasing agents should be used before the sensor is fited,
Do not glue directy on or near the sensor as thesolvent may cause
crazing of the plastic.
Cross Sensitivity Table
Whilst CiTicels are designed to be highly specific to the gas they
are intended to measure, they will still respondto some degree to
various other gases. The table below is not exclusive and other
gases not included in the tablemay still cause a sensor to react.
IMPORTANT NOTE : The cross sensitivity data shown below does not
form part of theproduct specification and is supplied for guidance
only. Values quoted are based ontests conducted on a small number
of sensors and any batch may show significantvariation. For the
most accurate measurements, an instrument should be calibratedusing
the gas underinvestigation.

Test criteria :Baseline gas 50% RH NO filtered airCross sensitive
gas 0% RH
Cross sensitivity data was calculated reference to the standard
regime (baseline 50%Rh fitered cylinder air,50 & 100 ppb NO @ 20%
RH),. Due to the effect of RH on the MNo-LO sensor, cross
sensiiviies have beendetermined using 0%RH test gas.
